TERMS OF SERVICE

REQUESTS

  • I reserve the right to deny any request.

  • All requests must be made at least 3 weeks in advance.

  • Tournament requests must have completed forum GFX at least 10 days prior to the intended release date.

PAYMENT

  • Any and all rush orders shall be subject to an additional charge.

  • Final pricing is based on complexity and overall workload.

  • A 50% deposit is required upon request acceptance. The remaining amount is to be paid after the main sheet is complete and approved by the consumer.

  • Payments are made via PayPal, Ko-fi, or Stripe (preferred) and are NON-REFUNDABLE.

  • I reserve the right to include additional charges if there are complete reworks/large scale modifications after sheets are finalized.

DISCLAIMER

  • My responsibilities to the official world cups and Corsace shall take precedence over any work that I do. Delays during these periods should be expected.

REQUESTS

  • Tournaments using alternative formats must send a request at least 4 weeks in advance.

  • Alternate or unusual formats must be presented and thoroughly explained in the initial request.

  • Any extra sheets needed must be included in the initial request.

  • Extras are not limited to the list provided and may expand to include anything needed.

PAYMENT

  • Extras are charged on a per item basis.

  • Alterations to existing works are subject to charge.
